After School Coaching

Your goal? To give your child the best possible start in life. Ours? To bring out their strengths and potential. Whether it is in the class, on the field, etc...

Gardens For Growth

  • Children who work in gardens are more likely to accept people different from themselves (Dyment & Bell, 2006).
  • Students who have school garden programs incorporated into their science curriculum score significantly higher on science achievement tests than students who are taught by strictly traditional classroom methods (Klemmer, Waliczek, & Zajicek, 2005).
  • Gardening during childhood exposes children to healthy food, moderate exercise, and positive social interactions and can often lead to a lifetime of gardening (Gross & Lane, 2007).

Jazz It Up

The Jazz It Up program is for the young teenage women in our community. This program is designed to build or sustain one’s self-esteem. Furthermore, this program is outlined to educate young women on what is to be a woman, how to carry themselves like a lady, and how they should feel comfortable in their bodies no matter their size, complexion, or disabilities.

Bounce Back Youth Leadership Foundation is going to do this through 3 difference workshops in one day. We are always reaching out to the community to ask for volunteers to assist with this program.

We bring in Make-Up-Artist, Hairstylist, Motivational Speakers, Photographers, and people that are intrigue about helping our youth.

Fit To Be A Man

Bounce Back Youth Leadership Foundation host our annual “Fit to Be a MAN” .  This program is designed to teach young men (ages 13-18) about Health & Fitness, Proper Business Attire, Table Etiquette, and the importance of establishing a friendship among men.

Gardens For Growth

Planting Within The Box

Every seed planted sprouts a new opportunity for kids to learn about healthy choices and develop healthier eating habits.

Through the guidance of the Whole Kids Foundation, we have attached the “Gardens for Growth” Activity Guide! This guide contains (35) lesson plans with activities to engage your students in hands-on fun and educational exploration of fruits, vegetables and healthy eating. The lessons are cross-curricular and support curriculum for students of all ages.

Fresh Snacks

"I usually eat six times a day, small meals. For breakfast, an egg and a corn tortilla, salsa and cilantro, and some ham. For snacks, I'll have an apple, some string cheese, a yogurt. For lunch I'll have salad with protein in it and for dinner usually steamed vegetables and chicken or fish." Sprague Grayden

Gardening

"A garden requires patient labor and attention. Plants do not grow merely to satisfy ambitions or to fulfill good intentions. They thrive because someone expended effort on them." Liberty Hyde Bailey

Healthy Choices

"I think it's very expensive to not eat healthy. Eating healthy is the only affordable option we have left." Marcus Samuelsson
